Kickstarter Projects I’m Backing

At the moment I’m involved in a few Kickstarters:

First is my own Creature and Encounter Cards Project.  It is several decks of cards: 4 creature decks (each deck has a different theme) and 2 encounter generation decks.  Each of the 4 creature decks will be done several times over with different game systems’ stats on the back.  (The list is being finalized but there will be a system neutral set, a Labyrinth Lord set which is very close to 1E Fantasy, a 3.5 or Pathfinder set, and likely a Dungeon World, FATE, and maybe Adventurer Conqueror King and RunequestII/Legend.)  The encounter cards are designed for you to draw several cards to make an interesting encounter–pick an outline, map, and some other details.

Next I’m backing the Complete Larry Elmore Art Book.  I’ve got several of Mr. Elmore’s prints and another of his art books.  Of course I love his style.  It ends in just a few days on New Year’s Eve.

Finally, I’m in for the FATE Core 3.0 Book.  If you back for even just $1 you can get the draft rules PDF right now.  As mentioned above, the Creature Cards will likely have a FATE version, so it is pretty smart to pick this up.
