(Virtual) Monday Map: Town Square

Because of yesterday’s holiday here in the US, today is “Virtual” Monday, right?  Today’s Monday Map is a town square inspired by my trip through Texas hill country–and specifically the town of Mason–a few weeks back.

This map features a town hall on a central town square as well as a monument and well. Shops, an inn and tavern are on the outside of the square.  People from the villages all around would make there way here regularly to stock up on supplies, and learn the goings-on. The town is also a likely spot to stay for a night on any long journey.  Beyond what you see here are homes and farms.
