Airships & Steampunk Map Icons Preview

Inkwell Ideas runs a Patreon (sort of an opt-in subscription) for new map icons each month. Each month there are four map icon subsets (an isometric world/kingdom set, a classic world/kingdom icon set, a battlemat set, and a settlement set of mostly top-down buildings) with a theme voted on by our supporters. This month’s theme is Airships & Steampunk.

Support us for as little as $3/month and get 100+ icons each month as well as support new features added to Worldographer. While we make them for Worldographer, most map/image editors that work with PNG images should accept them.

First up are our settlement scale icons:

In addition to the usual suspects (houses, mansion, library, cathedral, and government building) and the expected (airship hangars, a mooring station, and several airships themselves) here we also have an opera house, factory, power plant, and a couple workshops.  Don’t be surprised if a couple more icons sneak into this set.

And here are our isometric world/kingdom style icons:

For these, we have the expected capital, city, town, village, & fort icons.  But for this theme we’ve also got a dam, airship hangar, airship (of course!), mooring, forge, factory, mines, university, floating city, and even a volcano that has been tapped for its energy!
