More Modern Icons Settlement Map Icons Preview

This month’s winning theme was “More Modern”. When we made a modern icons set a few months ago icons in August, we did do several world/kingdom icons in classic & isometric styles, but the theme does beg for more settlement icons.  And we didn’t make any battlemat icons back then, yet the theme really works for battlemat too.  So this month we’re only making the settlement and battlemat icons.

In the sample below we have some more downtown buildings for the most part: office building, apartments, hotels, and a concert hall. But suburbia also represents: houses, a box store, taco fast food place (shaped & colored like a taco as we did with the hamburger shaped hamburger place and the pizza shaped pizza joint), gas stations, and more! We’re only showing about 1/4 of the different street options–there are more roundabouts and curved roads as well as what you see here.
