Encounter Builder: City Scenes

Stuck for a city encounter idea? Below you’ll find six city-related randomly picked images of locations, events, and people. Think of a way to link a few of them together to create the basis of an encounter. So a card of an explosion, another of a rough looking person, a third showing an alleyway, and a fourth card displaying a death might tell you that as the PCs are going about town, they spot an explosion down an alleyway where one person lies dead and another was seen running away.

With 100 images the possibilities are already nearly endless. But because all the inspiration comes from art cards, every time you look at the images (even some of the same ones) you might key in on a different aspect of the image.
