This year we’re debuting* our newest project: Rock & Roar! Two monster books for tabletop roleplaying games inspired by classic rock songs and bands. (* After we ship them to backers in late July.)

One book presents 54 creatures for Shadowdark, the fantasy RPG that blends 5E D&D with old-school sensibilities. The other contains the same 54 creatures with statistics for Old-School Essentials, a faithful recreation of classic B/X-era D&D.

The books also include 16 magic items—such as Message in a Bottle, Rolling Stones, and more—along with several mini-quests and a fantasy map filled with legendary song locations including Stairway to Heaven, The Great Wide Open, and Paradise City.
