png export has black rectangular box frame in it

I have created an 80×80 map which I would like to export as a png file. I can do this but the resultant png file has a black wireframe rectangullar box centred in the middle of it which I would like to remove. The map looks fine in hexographer at all sizes and no rectangle is present, but it appears in the exported png (2 hexes/inch) has anyone seen this before or have any idea how to resolve it?
Doh! My fault its an artifact of adobe illustrator – sorry – resolved
